How it works
What is a secured business term loan?
A secured term loan uses residential or commercial property as security. That reduces the lender's risk, and the saving flows through to you as a lower rate and a longer term, which usually means a repayment your cash flow barely notices.
The trade-off is time. A valuation and a mortgage registration take longer than reading bank statements, so expect one to three weeks rather than days. For larger or longer-term needs, that wait is generally worth it.
